What is AIM?

AIM (AOL instant Messenger) is a small, downloadable software program that allows you to chat instantly with your friends when you are online. Although AIM and Interactive Angler are not affiliated with one another we recommend it. We feel that if all of our members are using AIM then they can easily communicate with one another. There are many other instant messenger networks but they do not work from one network to the next. For this reason we have decided to target only one network.

AIM can usually be installed and used in addition to any other instant messenger; however we are unable to test every instant messenger with AIM to make sure the two applications will run on the same computer so please verify this from the vendor before installing AIM if you have another instant messenger program installed on your system..
